Metal bond diamond tools

These tools are used to cut and to grind the surface of natural minerals, ceramics, glass, porcelain, granite, precious stones and other materials.We have the following types of bonds for these tools: M2-01, M2-02, M5-26 and others.The sizes and the technical characteristics are given by buyers.

We use the powders from АС15 up to АС160 (the micron sizez of grains are from 50/40 up to 630/500, or 325/400 till 30/40 mesh). We use Element Six (DEBID) diamond products for produce of tools for stone and constraction.

Resin bond diamond tools

are used in sharpening of all kinds of tungsten carbide tools for Metal and Wool Industry, in grinding of wares from tungsten carbide and hardened steel. The types of bonds are following: B2-01, B2-02.

The shape and the size of tools, the type of diamond (AC2, AC4, AC6, AC15) and bond, the other characteristics are chosen by buyers.

All wheels are tested.

Electroplated bond diamond tools

This method is unique because it permits to manufacture tools practically of any shapes you want (rollers, milling cutters, mounted wheels and others).

Electroplated bond diamond wheels with internal and external cutting edges are wildly used in cutting-off of silicon, sapphire,quartz, germanium, ceramics.

The galvanic method permits to manufacture also diamond-perforated drill to process hard non-metal materials, diamond files, diamond wire and a variety ofother diamond tools.
