Diamond micron powders

We manufacture micron powders with high and normal abrasive
characteristics.
- 29 different sizes;
- admixtures are not more than 0,4-0,5% (GOST – 2,0%);
- main fraction is not less than 80-85% (GOST – 70%);
- fine and coarse fractions are according to standards;

The main purpose is a manufacture
of diamond tools using different bonds including electroplated bond,
manufscture of diamond pastes.
Application: sharpening of cemented-carbide
tools; grinding, lapping and polishing of segments from hardened
steel, carbides, ceramics, glass, presious stones and other materials.
To increase the efficiency of polishing wheels and pastes we use
diamond micron powders (60/40 - 14/10) cloated by nickel.

Diamond grinding powders AC4, AC6
 |
- from 8 up to 14 sizes;
- quantity of admixture and ash residue isn't more than
1,2-1,5%;
- structure of grains is according to GOST 9206-80.
The main purpose: manufacture
of resin and metal bond diamond tools.

Application:
АС4 (diamond powders which grains represant aggregates) is
used in manufacture of resin bond diamond tools to process carbides,
ceramics, non-metallic and other materials.
АС6 (diamond powders which grains represant aggregates and
crystals of good shapes) is used for metal bond tools to prosess
hard alloys and non-metallic materials.

Metal Bond diamond powders from AC15
up to AC100 types

- the strength and the structure of grains are according
to GOST 9206-80.
The main purpose is a manufacture
of metal and electroplated bond tools.
Application: processing, cutting-off
and grilling of different non-metallic materials, ceramics,
glass and porcelain; polishing and cutting-off of stones.

Diamond polycrystalline powders

are manufactured by the method of agglomeration.
Application: manufacture of
single diamond tools, diamond pensils, boring tools, diamond
tools for Construction Industry.

Diamond pastes
 are
manufactured from synthetic diamond micron powders where grains'
sizes are from 0,5/0 up to 60/40 mkm according to GOST 9206-80.
The diamond paste may have a normal, high or increased concentration
of diamond powders. It can be washed by water, organic or universal
solvent. It's possible to manufacture the different diamond pastes
from any types of powders (ACH, ACM, AC4 or AC6).
Packing: cylinder - 5, 10 and 20 grm, plastic box - 100, 500 and
1000 grm.
